HERA provides you with a user-friendly search tool for locating short, focused credentials designed to provide in-demand skills, knowledge and experience offered by participating colleges and universities. Users can locate available programs using a variety of filters and search terms, and they can then access each program with a simple click. While there is no cost for using this tool, participating institutions may charge a fee for their programs. We encourage you to ask your employer about available educational assistance or matching programs.

The CPE is excited to announce our new A.I. Professional Learning Series, which consists of six 4-hour online self-paced workshops exploring how A.I. can be applied in customer service, HR, sales and marketing, accounting and finance, IT operations, and cybersecurity. Each of these workshops can be completed anytime between February 16 and April 30, 2026. Participants are eligible to earn a digital badge, which they can then post on their LinkedIn profiles, at the end of each workshop.
In this workshop, you’ll discover how artificial intelligence can streamline financial operations. You will also explore A.I. applications in automating accounting tasks, detecting fraud, and supporting smarter financial decision-making.
